Work with clients on reconfiguration work to their plan and corporate action work to bring participants and assets to Fidelity. Reconfiguration work consisted of reviewing a strategy document with the client for their approval of the work to be done to their plan such as adding Roth or a new Employer source. Corporate action work would consist of a plan compare to ensure any necessary benefits would be protected for the incoming population. All projects would involve working with internal partners in contracts, systems, conversion services and other various groups as needed to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
