Voyageur Spirit

2009-built Voyageur Spirit FPSO with storage capacity of 270,000 bbls, processing capacity of 30,000 bopd, and a total liquids (oil and water) processing capacity of 60,000 bpd.As Lead Technician in a four-man team, I provide key leadership to junior technicians and maintain safety standards while performing a wide variety of specialized fault-finding inspections. I’ve been able to maximise efficiency using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance and repair schedules and work orders, and priortising tasks based on the status of the systems and equipment. Key areas of success include:♦ Frequently functioning at a higher capacity to serve as a stand-in 1st Engineer as well as a key Isolating Authority in charge of monitoring and managing lockout/tagout cleaning and all diesel, air and water system maintenance operations.♦ Preparing and submitting NAO permits with full understanding of the Proscient permit system.♦ Performing repairs, overhauls, installations and commissioning operations for Gas Turbines (Solar & Opra), Pumps, Filtration Systems, Diesel Engines (Mitsubishi), Fans, HVAC Equipment, Desalination Units, Heat Exchangers, Dresser Gas Compressors, Nitrogen Generators, and Harding Lifeboats.

Petrojarl Banff

1997-built Petrojarl Banff FPSO with storage capacity of 88,000 bbls and oil production capacity of 90,000 bopd.I ensured minimal system and equipment downtime by developing strategic maintenance and operations procedures and maintaining necessary materials, tools and other parts. I also surpassed safety standards and consistently worked to eliminate potential hazards, resulting in zero major safety accidents or incidents in the 13 years I was onsite.♦ I also performed repairs, overhauls, installations and commissioning operations for ABB Gt35 Turbines, Wärtsilä Engines, Sulzer Gas Compression Trains, Norsafe Lifeboats, and various Pumps and Compressors.
