Achievements:• Increased corporate subrogation recoveries by 224 % over a 10-year period, despite a flat growth rate in prior years and the introduction of restrictive legislation.• Proposed and centralized the corporate recovery unit.• Developed an entrepreneurial collection department in a unionized staff environment.• Helped develop the model for Canadian companies for handling civil actions against young offenders, with the assistance of the Department of Justice and federal, provincial, and municipal law enforcement agencies.

Controlled annual receivables of over $500 million for eight western plants.
