Legl is a platform for law firms which helps them to digitise and automate their core business operations including payments, onboarding and AML compliance.Reporting to Legl's CEO, I originally joined to launch the business and was part of the executive team that took Legl from a pre-product state in late 2019 to its most recent Series B fundraise which was closed in early 2022. As VP Operations I had a varied role across strategy and finance. I set up all of our operational and commercial teams, delivered key strategic cross-functional projects and owned our finance and data operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and company goal setting.
