Forefronts the team in handling vendor-network related concern.• Working knowledge in Agilent Protocol Analyzer and Agilent Network Solution Tools such as Agilent Session Trace and Agilent AssureME• Handles Tekelec Definition for Monitoring Solutions via Tekelec Performance Intelligence Center (PIC)• Handles SMS Firewall Definition via Tekelec Mobile Messaging SMS Firewall

• Operates and maintain the international roaming functionality of SMART Communications, Inc. Philippines• Establish new International Roaming Partners for SMART Communications, Inc.• Establish signaling routes for roaming partners and analysis of C7 diagrams. • Performs and handles GSM standard IREG tests (e.g. IR 24, IR35, IR50, IR27, IR32).• Hands on experience on MSC (Mobile Switching Center), Gateway MSC (Mobile Switching Center) and HLR (Home Location Register) of Nokia’s DX 200 M13 Elements. • Integration and definition of roaming partner’s data including SCCP Routing, GT Translation, IMSI translation on SCCP gateways, MSC and HLR (Nokia and Tekelec Network Elements). • Review and implement network elements Work Orders and test results after modification• Responsible on roaming partner’s data update as well as coordination/verification with roaming partners with regards to any changes within SMART.• Primary point of contact for troubleshooting Signaling Connection, Telephony, CAMEL and GPRS related concerns. • Attends to inbound and outbound customer complaints and initiate actions and recommendations. Extend beyond working hours whenever needed. • Performs daily routines such as clearing of alarms, checking of international links and forwarded Customer Care concerns and issues• Ensures efficient and uninterrupted roaming services for inbound and outbound roamers by means of performing monthly and periodic tests as well as data analysis. • Prepares reports that are used for data trending and analysis. Reports will be the basis for the expansion and problem isolation concerning international roaming.• Handles alarms and fault isolation whenever needed.
