I have been working in Loss Control and Risk Management side of the Commercial Insurance Industry for 41 years, providing support to the TMA Loss Control Department infrastructure through my involvement in department business improvement projects, development of loss control safety resources, development and maintenance of corporate loss control procedures, maintaining compliance with state regulations for mandated loss control services and filings, and providing professional loss control coordination and services to some of TMA’s larger Global Accounts. In addition, as Manager of Web Based Client Solutions, I am involved in managing Tokio Marine America’s various customer facing web-based applications for our loss control department; working with WBCS team members, various vendors, and our corporate IT department in the continued development and maintenance of these Web Based applications. I am a Certified Safety Professional, and a member of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, American Society of Safety Engineers, and National Safety Council.
