I work to assist in managing a team tasked with developing the most effective strategies for creating the training curriculum for the PRAKERJA project, in direct collaboration with the central government. Some of my key responsibilities and objectives include: - Team Collaboration & Management: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that curriculum development is aligned with the goals of the PRAKERJA program and the central government’s expectations.- Curriculum Design & Development: Leading the creation of a relevant, engaging, and high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of participants and supports their skills development for better job opportunities.- Ensuring Training Effectiveness: Focusing on the design of training content and delivery methods that improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process, enabling participants to acquire practical, applicable skills.- Instructional Innovation: Incorporating innovative instructional design techniques to enhance learner engagement, retention, and overall learning outcomes.- Impact Measurement: Tracking the progress and success of the training programs to ensure that participants are gaining skills that lead to tangible improvements in their employability.

South Jakarta

I am responsible for developing the training curriculum for Prakerja from analysis to evaluation together with the team I lead. The process involves determining the topics that are currently in demand in the community, needs analysis, material design with experts, to the process of running classes.

I am responsible for developing the Upskill class (Mini Bootcamp) from the initial planning of the curriculum, executing the training, to evaluating the training. Upskill focuses on improving competencies with topics that emphasize Digital Marketing such as Copywriting, SEO, Social Media Organic, Social Media Paid, and others. Then, after completing that project, I am responsible for developing the Prakerja class in a normal scheme (webinar) from the initial planning of the curriculum, executing the training, to evaluating the training. For this Prakerja class, I have a role as a Team Lead in creating a more directed and measurable development process to achieve the ideal learning objectives.

I am an intern in the Human Capital Development division. I have responsibility for assisting with HCD tasks such as training, training data collection, training administration, and training content development.
