Responsible for the safe operations of production, maintenance, and Manufacturing engineering at Aspen’s only facility producing industrial insulation using Aerogel technology. The Plant Manager is accountable for strategic planning, tactical execution, budgets, safety, quality, and on-time shipments, as well as performance management of over 150 manufacturing employees in this PSM covered facility. The Plant Manager is a key contributor to the company’s EBITDA performance and resulting overall company success, including responsibility for material variances, conversion cost, overhead absorption, etc.

Yield Analysis/Device/Analytical Lab Group Leader: Managed group of engineers and technicians responsible for data analysis, root cause identification and elimination of yield and performance limiters. Photolithography Group Leader: Managed group of engineers and technicians responsible for layer health, as well as a fleet of 21 Nikon S204 scanners processing 18 layers.
