About Gerry Torres

I had worked with First Capitol Consulting, Inc. (dba Trusaic) from January 2000 to December 31, 2018, as Senior Manager and Business Development Manager. On April 15 this year, I decided to represent the great company again when Robert Sheen, our CEO, gave me the opportunity to look for small businesses with less than 500 employees that can claim the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) tax refunds due to the 2020 and 2021 pandemic under the CARES Act of 2020 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Trusaic can then process the ERC to claim for tax refunds of up to $5,000.00 per qualified employee in 2020 and up to $7,000.00 per employee, per quarter, in 2021 or a total of $33,000.00 per employee until the end of the year 2021.
