Gerry Walsh qualified in 1976 and is head of the Litigation Section in McKeever Solicitors. In the course of his practice he has:-• Represented Financial Institutions before the Government appointed Tribunals into planning and financial matters;• Represented clients in the Financial, Insurance and Energy Sectors both as Plaintiffs and Defendants;• Represented clients before the Financial Services Ombudsman;• Represented International clients in litigation in Ireland;• Acted in Arbitration matters both domestic and overseas;• Successfully prosecuted a case in the European Court of Human Rights on planning and discrimination issues.
