Principal Engineer for Telemetry Ground Station hardware for the United States Eastern Space Missile Range at Cape Canaveral, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex , Antigua and Ascension Islands. Provide technical and operational services required for launch and tracking space vehicle systems for expendable and man-rated vehicles. Responsible for O&M of Eastern Range Telemetry ground station hardware, including parabolic telemetry antenna systems, multicouplers, receivers, digital/analog switches, digital/analog recorders, bit synchronizers, decommutators and telemetry test equipment.

Project Engineer for Weather Radar, TCAS (Airborne Collision Avoidance) and Transponder. Managed up to 18 people whose tasks included redesigns, hardware and software updates and transition to manufacturing, partial and full qualifications to DO-160(F), DO-254 and DO-178B. Was primary technical interface to Boeing and Airbus (Toulouse, France) engineering and manufacturing for the assigned products.
