With Icepeak we created a stronghold for voicerecognition in Scandinavia and also pioneered SAS approach for remote operator services, sold to ISS and other companies..Hosted telephony (IP Centrex) is the next arena for my attention and i have helped DGC to set up a very succesful operation based on Broadsoft.
