2017/2018 : Worked on Structural Reform Programme between 2017-2018 managing terms and conditions related documentation across the Wealth estate plus closing out all Day 2 technology change required to be compliant by end 2018. 2016 : Project managed custody migration of mutual and hedge funds to Clearstream Bank SA which involves matrix management of business and technology resource, senior stakeholder management plus 3rd party delivery management as well as the strategy, planning and execution of the migration. 2015 : Responsible for delivery of the Central Securities Depository Regulatory (CSDR) programme , relating to current and future European legislative changes around the trading of securities directly and indirectly via local and global custodians.

Managing the delivery and the stakeholder mgt of a portfolio of projects , primarily for the Risk and Finance functions, most notably the implementation and rollout of 'Accurate' and automated data feeds , resulting in 85% of the Clydesdale Bank accounting reconciliations being performed within the application.Deliveries have also included bespoke SAS applications for credit risk stress testing , introduction of an enterprise wide metadata application , Rochade, from ASG , plus data warehouse extracts and enhancements to address new legislative requirements.Role encompassed matrix management of project leads, business analysts and technical rseource.
