I am the first point of contact for customers with mineral processing or bulk material handling challenges. I determine and deliver the best mineral processing solution for each specific application and carry out all the steps from feed material info analysis, process flow simulation, plant selection, plant delivery and commissioning. It is a technical sales role that developed to makes use of my Engineering background and my years of hands on experience with mineral processing and bulk material handling in the quarrying and mining industries in Western Australia.It can be as simple as a single feeder, crusher or screen through to complex multi stage systems producing aggregates or ore.I use the Aggflow software combined with my practical knowledge to deliver a plant that maximizes production of desired products and minimizes costs. We are an agent for TEREX Finlay, Telestack, KPI-JCI, Telsmith, etc. I have experience with other manufactures such as Metso Outotec & Sandvik. This includes Jaw crushers, Cone crushers, Impact crushers, incline and horizontal screens, conveyors & feeders.I also have experience with cyclones and dewatering screens through Terex Washing Systems. I have been involved in new product development, particularly 2 models of large bulk reception hopper designed for the WA Iron Ore and mining market. The first unit was the TELESTACK HF24T mobile reclaim feeder, a large mobile reclaim feeder I have supplied these to both FMG (feeding into a TLO train loadout) and Rio Tinto The second unit is a TELESTACK Titan T1600-8 of which is a modular bulk reception hopper designed to take feed from side tipper road trains This system operates operate in a similar fashion to a rail car dumper but with truck trailers tipping as opposed to rail wagons.With my engineering background and mechanical passion I enjoy the challenge of solving the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues and am more than happy to get my hands on site.

I spent approximately 6 months training in the TEREX head factory in the UK and with some UK dealers. I continue to regularly attended various technical and sales training courses and I also deliver some product training.
