Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, managed the day to day operational requirements for 5 business units and support services located in Western Australia including operational and site support activities across 4 on shore sites and 3 off shore and 4 onshore client operations. This included autonomous decision making for the engagement of business unit managers and key personnel. Reporting to the Australasian QHSSE Manager, with close working relationship with Asia Pacific Regional QHSSE Manager, managed the support and day to day operational requirements for 6 active business units across WA, Victoria and NT including up to 6 on shore sites and numerous off shore client facilities. Managed a small team of HSE and Quality professionals. Provided active support to the global environmental team, global safety forums and also regional working teams for specific projects.

Principal consultant delivering advise to on occupational hygiene projects, consulted on development of quality system development, environmental management systems and projects including PER reviews, safety and HR systems development and integration of environment and safety into business and accounting systems including SAP/Ramesys integration.Clients included:• Oswal Holdings – PER review involved the preparation and development of a number of studies concerning urea contamination to waterways using coal to ammonia process technology – managed a small team of consultants in the preparation and review of final document• Connector Drilling – Safety and HR systems development, client contract representative• Ramesys Accounting – SAP/Ramesys integration for various clients• South West Regional College of TAFE – Occupational Hygiene survey• Harvey Fresh Dairy and Fruit Juice – Occupational Hygiene survey• and other numerous SME’s. – Quality system development and workshops, environmental noise survey and recommendations, Occupational Hygiene surveys

• Daily management of all aspects of the quality, environmental and OSH management systems• Leading a team of up to 27 professional OSH personnel supporting corporate and project site teams• Development of an Intranet to manage documentation and communications• Implementation of an electronic management system (INX) to control all aspects of risk, event and training management including the transfer of residual data, training of key users and development of new business systems to support the use of the software
