About Gerry Nance

I have had the good fortune to work in the Petroleum Exploration Industry for the past 30 years working with numerous brokers and clients alongside Geologist, Geophysicist, Drilling/Pipeline Operators, Surveyors, Land Managers and Lease/Division Order Analysts, while utilizing DrillingInfo, ArcGis 10, MapWindows, Google Earth, Texas Railroad Commission and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. I have gained valuable experience in the researching of courthouse records, providing lease checks, runsheets, ownership chains, title curative, excelling in the negotiations and acquisitions of oil, gas and minerals, seismic permitting, surface use agreements and detailed mapping.My seven years as a Land Manager has given me insight to how an Exploration Company functions from the interpretation of seismic logs to opening the productions lines to sales.
