Managed the production of the Document Management Solutions unit for LPS with operations in Jacksonville, Minnesota, and two vendor sites in India.

Managed a foreclosure exception, escalation, and quality reporting team in the Loss Mit Intake Department.

Hired to lead opening of new distribution center. Tasked with on site project management for completion of new building from unfinished shell to fully operating and staffed distribution center with 8,000 SKU's in less than 4 months. Maintained complete operational responsibility implementing improvements in WMS system, performance management programs, introduction of Lean distribution methods as well as fiscal considerations.Promoted in September 2008 to role of Regional Director of Distribution with responsibility for distribution centers in FL, TX, and CA. Created and implemented a Lead Development program to improve skills of line level leaders which was adopted across all locations in the company. Maintained oversight of day-to-day operations, drove improvements in all metrics, assured regulatory compliance, implemented Lean distribution initiatives, and worked with managers to adhere to operating and capital budgets. Locations in region led the company in key productivity and accuracy measures. Selected to assist opening new distribution center in Illinois, working with project team, manager and staff through build out and on site direct support during initial phases of operational ramp up. Identified inconsistencies in operating strategies and reporting methods across sites in and out of assigned region. Developed standard policies to drive uniformity across sites. Held both DC Manager and Regional Director roles simultaneously for 9 months until DC Manager role was backfilled.

Hired as the first employee of a start manufacturing company. Researched and sourced all raw materials used for the manufacturing of flexible hurricane screens. Actively involved in the purchase, setup and implementation of all production equipment. Coordinated testing of products for state certifications. Directly involved in all phases of plant set up. Created inventory system, production processes, and work flow system from order entry to shipping within our 36,000 square foot facility. Acheived positive cash flow in fourth month of production. Developed estimating and ordering program for dealers to use in the field for quotations to customers and orders to the plant.

Hired by a start up restaurant concept to analyze and evaluate its operation and concept reporting to the CEO of the company. Worked with management to reduce food cost by 25% through improved controls and vendor negotiation. Developed office lunch and full catering portion of the business to offset traffic problems with the primary business location. Despite some growth in revenues and profits ultimately recommended closure of the business to the CEO and assisted with the closure and liquidation of the business.

Held positions of increasing responsibility from single unit general manager, regional manager, to Vice President of Operations. Handled all phases of opening of three complete facilities from permitting and construction to staffing and full operation. Responsible for as many as 15 family entertainment centers and two waterpark operations. Actively involved in marketing, company culture development, customer service improvement, capital and operational budgeting, staff and management development, group sales, safety programs, loss mitigation, community relations, systems and process development, and creation of standard policies and procedures.
