As the founder and CEO of The Human Centered Design Network (This is HCD), I lead a global community of design practitioners, educators, and enthusiasts who share a vision and understanding of the value and potential of design for people and the planet.At This is HCD, we produce high-quality content, training, and events that cover various topics and domains of service design, customer experience, design thinking, product management, and user experience. We also partner with leading organisations and experts to deliver tailored solutions and coaching that help them infuse design into their culture and processes. Some of our clients include News Corp, NSW Government, Cochlear, Bank of Ireland, and Accenture Song and more. I also host the #1 This is HCD podcast, which has over 1 million downloads and features inspiring conversations with influential and innovative design thinkers.
