Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and schools topromote the Major Taylor Project and recruit new riders• Provide guidance and support to youth riders in developing important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance through the sport of cycling.• Develop and implement a mentorship program for the youth riders, providing them with guidance and support throughout their cycling journey.• Develop customized training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of individual youth riders.• Coordinate and lead bike safety workshops for youth riders, teaching them the importance of following traffic rules and using proper safety gear• Coordinate and oversee bike safety training workshops for youth riders in collaboration with local traffic authorities to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skillsto ride safely in the community.• Organize and facilitate team-building activities for youth riders to enhance their communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
