Provided sales and product knowledge support on joint sales calls to end usersAssisted with the training and mentoring of all new Sales Reps.#1 Sales rep during my tenure at Drummond Canada.

Hold a Mutual fund and Insurance License Signed up 85 new Clients during my 1st year. Facilitated seminars/workshops for all graduating York Regional Police Officers

Top revenue producer in the Branch Promoted to head up a new Sales Division for all of Canada, the Industrial Hazardous Waste Sales Division, as National Sales Manager. Selected and trained and mentored all sales staff in all 18 Branch locations across Canada. Made the Industrial Sales Division the #1 line of business by generating over $30 million in new sales annually. Responsible for National key accounts, and all multi-million dollar contract negotiations. Exceeded sales quotas yearly throughout my tenure. Received many Company awards in recognition of performance. #1 Sales Manager 5 years in a row for all North America. Consistently developed strong sustainable relationships with Executive decision makers of several Fortune 500 Companies.

Managed and operated the largest Service Branch/Accumulation and Distribution Centre. This Branch was also the Sales Staff Training centre for all other Branches. I successfully trained and mentored several Sales people that in turn, were promoted. Within 6 months this Branch was #1 in Sales and Profitability.

Hired and trained and mentored a Sales team for across Canada that as a team built the sales from $0 to over $33 Mil. annually within 5 years!

#1 Sales Manager in both Canada and the US for 5 years running, based on highest % increase over yearly forecast sales.

Held Gas license, Contractors License 1st Amana Dealer for Residential Heating and Air Conditioning in York Region. Attended several Product information and Service Training seminars. Sold and installed Residential and Light Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Products. Did complete heating and air conditioning installations for several Custom Home Builders. Service and Maintenance contracts with several light Commercial Facilities and many private Homes.

Various Sales positions and worked in several departments, both in the Retail Stores and Head Office during my tenure there. Won many Company Sales contests and awards. Based on performance, selected for a full Scholarship to Humber College for a 3 year Business Administration Degree 6 years in a Supervisory management capacity responsible for 30 Retail locations. Supervisor of Loss Prevention for 6 years, responsibilities included; Management of all in-house Investigators Safety and Security of all Company assets Investigation of all Fraud cheques at Retail level Investigation of dishonest employees Conducted fire prevention training for all staff on the proper use of fire fighting equipment, and completed fire prevention inspections at each company location.
