Jazz Goes to Campus is one of the oldest jazz festival in the world, also the biggest event in University of Indonesia. This event is annually held in FE UI Depok. Average attendants for the last 5 years is approximately 15.000 people. Main responsibility for a Field Engineering Director as a part of Core Committee is to make sure that our objective can be delivered into a good and solid field appearance which should also be effective and efficient. Handled about 4 core division at this festival; Sound System and Stage, Health and Security, Bazaar and Decoration division. This team was managed by 4 Team Leaders and 10 Vice Team Leaders. We also have to managed approximately 200 staffs. Challenges to be faced by a Field Engineer is how to manage and accurately plan for any item deployment at JGTC field which had 30.000 meter square area to manage. Another Challenge is how to communicate a concept from core committee through the entire divisions under the Field Engineering Director.
