Spearhead all marketing of the organization on Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create graphics and social media initiatives to increase engagement and new potential members. Work alongside all members of the Executive Board during the recruitment process and develop bi-weekly email newsletters for current members. Develop a website for active fellows and interested new members.

Selected as one of 25 Columbia students for the 2024-25 cohort. Pursuing independent research project regarding New York City's response to current newly-arrived migrants, with a focus on language barriers and opportunities for inclusion for Spanish-speaking Venezuelan, Colombian, and Ecuadorian populations as they navigate bureaucratic and cultural areas at a local and federal level.

Research current policies and social phenomena that enable educational disparities in K-12 in New York City. Analyze how outside economic disadvantages affect academic performance. Create a research-based curriculum for workshops for educators, parents, and guardians to ideate new policy reform.

Increased community outreach and engagement in the Aldo Leopold Elementary School, Early Childhood Zone. Recommended families for locally funded resources and services such as food, transportation, etc., and expanded the local network of organizations to community health clinics and support groups.
