I acted as country manager of startup Terra Mobile in Brazil.Terra Mobile was worldwide line of business of Telefónica Group. Launched in 2001 at Brazil, I was acting as legal partner and created all structure (installations, employees and technology) and executed the local business plan (strategic plan, process and contracts). I coordinated products design (include research market, product development and marketing campaign) and complex negotiations (Telecom Operators, Content Providers, etc).

- Na época a operação móvel utilizava a marca de Telefônica Celular e cobria as regiões RJ/ES, BA/SE e RS.- Reportava diretamente ao VP na holding Brasil e indiretamente ao CIO mundial do grupo Telefônica na Espanha.- Atuava com 3 diretores e aproximadamente 400 profissionais de TI distribuídos nas operadoras.- Relacionamento direto com os CIOs do Grupo Telefônica dos outros países (Chile, Argentina, Peru e Espanha)- Orientação estratégica e consolidação orçamentária para áreas de TI em 3 operadoras. - Mantinha o relacionamento com os principais fornecedores de TI do Grupo Telefônica (Sun, Oracle, etc) - Seleção e coordenação da implantação de vários projetos e plataformas (Y2K, Interconexão, CRM, eBusiness, WAP e Movistar Gestão).
