Having a long history in KLM Cargo Accounting (Contracting Employee, Accounting System Manager, Regional Accounting Manager, Deputy Accounting House Manager) and BDO Cargo (Business Analyst, Business Implementation Manager Bermuda) and several joint Air France / KLM projects (Caraib, Bermuda Mail, RDJ Implementation and FFT Project Manager Cargo Sales Accounting) now active as Business Change Quality Manager in the Financial Shared Service Centre SPL for Air France / KLM Cargo Sales and Revenue Accounting.Responsible for streamlining new and existing processes, plus avoiding and reducing manual work within the FSSC SPL. Closely monitoring application quality and disturbances, plus proposing process, organization and application enhancements to FSSC SPL MT.Two main hobbies are driving motorbike and listening to / collecting a wide variety of music, mostly Blues, Rock and Southern Soul.Regular visitor of preferably small concerts.
