Available systems and documentation for the necessary planning process are used to provide clients with the most appropriate solutions and service. Clients also receive regular quarterly statements/reports directly from the product supplier in collaboration with me as financial advisor. Numerous life insurance options are available to offer the customer a wide choice between different companies. These options apply to individuals as well as businessmen and businesses. I mainly make use of investment platforms such as Allan Gray, Glacier of Sanlam, Old Mutual, Momentum, Investec, Stanlib and Ninety-One, Hollard Investments. Umbrella funds (pension funds) for employers/employees are available. They are based on the new generation approach whereby as much of the employee's monthly contributions are invested as opposed to some products that have high administration costs that reduce the client’s returns. A wide variety of fund managers and asset classes are strongly represented on most of my preferred platforms. This variety of fund managers allows me to spread (diversify) the client's risk exposure - unnecessary correlation of funds is a priority. For the businessman, I offer practical solutions to ensure the survival of his business in volatile periods, sudden demise of a partner or the temporary or permanent disruption of the day-to-day business.
