I am a passionate gamifier and love VR and AR. Born with the DNA of a gamer I use my skills to optimize processes by using game mechanics and techniques. I have a great drive to explore and experiment in the [digital] worlds of psychology, motivation and personal development which I apply in my daily work.I've extensive experience in the field of serious gaming. Having worked on numerous educational, casual and serious gaming projects from educational institutes to big corporate clients, from CD-ROM to XR. I have been involved with the digital health community for many years as a speaker, jury member and external advisor for educational institutes and corporations. At inMotion VR we develop training tools that make use of virtual reality and other smart sensor technologies to offer people the smartest way to their personal optimal performance. We support healthcare professionals in easing their work by helping to engage and motivate their clients to overcome mental blockades and physical pain in order to get the results they are looking for.
