Within the division Data Services I’m Lead Consultant for domain Datawarehousing. As Lead Consultant I’m coaching & guiding Business Analysts & Business Consultants within domain DWH. Besides that I coordinate & supervise the workload of the analysts & consultants and divide & monitor assignments between the analysts & consultants. I’m point of contact for managing board, program- & project management.

Data Mining & Analytics Platform (DMAP) is one of the data integration & analytics environments at domain Datawarehouse (DWH) of division Data Services. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) & legal department at UWV had some concerns on DMAP. I was asked as project manager and come up with solutions. I was accountable & responsible for:- Coordination of related Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) by 3 main users of DMAP;- Involve the 3 main users of DMAP at the production of DPIA for DWH;- Delegated purchaser on behalf of the Director IV at Data Services for Deloitte, Gupta Strategists and Kennedy Van der Laan;- A summary of all DPIA’s related to the use of DMAP and the difference in privacy/process vs security/system;- Organize & prioritize proof of concepts with proven technology on authorization, data masking & data lineage;- Advice on a target operating model;- Delivering a project proposal.

Domain Datawarehouse (DWH) within division Data Services has several data integration & analytics environments. As project manager privacy & security I was accountable & responsible for:- Coordination of four related Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) at DWH;- Contact with other governments on their way of working with GDPR, DPIA and the roles of CISO and Data Protection Officers in that process;- Delegated purchaser on behalf of the Director IV at Data Services for M&I Partners and Deloitte;- Coordination & communication with Data Protection Officer and legal experts.

An external legal expert on privacy had written a Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) on data storage of Data Mining & Analytics Platform (DMAP). DMAP is one of the data integration & analytics environments at domain Datawarehouse of division Data Services. The DPIA was incomplete and incorrect when it was send to other external legal experts for review. Their advice with comments and risks landed on the desk of Data Protection Officer (DPO) and legal experts within UWV. I was asked as Crisis Manager to come up with a complete and correct DPIA, work on the relation with the legal department at UWV and allay the concerns of DPO.

Project Manager for the Programm Core-Technology Analytics. Within UWV there was the need for a core-technology on data analytics: Business Intelligence (BI)/Business Analytics (BA) & Advanced Analytics (AA). With the Programm Manager and the Lead Architect DWH as colleague Project Manager we divided the tasks and organized a market survey & European Tender. I was delegated purchaser on behalf of the Director IV at Data Services while hiring Gartner & KPMG for advice on organization transformation for professionalizing BI/BA & AA.I was also responsible for a.o.:- Stakeholder Analysis;- Requirements gathering with our stakeholders.

The Invitation to Apply (Uitnodiging tot Aanmelding = UtA) for the European Tender of new contracting software supplier Central Data Management for UWV is completed and the Invitation to Tender (Uitnodiging tot Inschrijving = UtI) should be produced and published. Due to unexpected personal circumstances the Project Manager collapsed. After a couple of weeks of delay I was asked as Interim Project Manager to assure production and publishing of the UtI. With colleagues of Data Services, Corporate ICT Supplier Management and Facility Services Procurement we’ve produced and published the UtI, Program of Requirements (PvE), procurement terms and contracts (DAP, DFA, SLA, WoW).

The Corona-virus (SARS-02/COVID-19) went global and also the Netherlands had to face the consequences. Within UWV managing directors served on a Project Board COVID-19. I was asked to occupy the position of Crisis Manager for my division and act as a representative of my managing director in the Project Board. In March the virus spread fast and widely within the borders of the Netherlands and the Project Board modified into a Crisis Organization COVID-19 with the intention to keep up the service for our clients even when our employees work from home.- Improving, arranging and implementing many facilities with full accessibility.- On behalve of our managing director I arranged and wrote updates for our enployees.- Helping other departements by searching and lending employees.

During the IT transition within UWV the business divisions were divided in domains. Division Data Services temporary had 3 business domains: Sources, Datawarehouse & Provisioning (previous known as Services). As Domain Consultant for domain Provisioning I was responsible for the monitoring of all IT changes. I was organizing the processes and activities in an agile way.
