Gert-Jan is the facilitator of the program and guides the project members to a successful outcome of the program. The Centric Board has asked for an implementation of Office 365 in full within the whole organization. Office 365 will be rolled out in Centric, based on two former projects: Windows 10 and EndPoint Security. The implementation of Office 365 will not only be a technical implementation of the Office and the technical implementation of Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM+S). This project also will change and facility the Office Collaboration of Centric in the whole organization. This includes not only the change and awareness of all departments, but als the implementation of a Security Baseline for the organization.Gert-Jan is the facilitator of the project and guides the project members to a succesfull outcome of the project. He also facilitates the steering committee in making the fundamental decisions for the Organization.

The Internal IT department of Centric wants to have a foundation of their architectural layers and their workplaces. Based on the needs of the Business, together with maintenance of the organization and the different security and policy restrictions a foundation must be build to design the solution.Gert-Jan is the project manager and together with his project group they will make a design, architectural standards, a desired solution and an implementation for the complete Centric Organization.

The Internal IT department of Centric wants to implement the Enterprise edition of Windows 10 workplaces in the whole european organization.Gert-Jan is the project manager and together with his project group they make an overall design and development strategy for the outroll of windows 10, including the full deployment in 5000 workplaces.

The software development in our Business Unit Public Sector Solutions is on the verge of making important decisions about the future of the application portfolio. Gert-Jan consults in the decision making process.He supports management in the verification of budgets, project plans and proofs of concept. Together they make estimations in size, finance and scalability.

As Information Analist and Projectmanager, Gert-Jan is responsible for the internal migration of the training administration from Qualityhouse to Centric Education. He has made an inventory of the processes of the administration and alterred those to a new simplified workflow. Leekerweide is a healthcare organization which supports and assists people with disabilities.Leekerweide wants a web portal where they can inform, collaborate, share knowledge and to keep abreast of all developments in their field. This portal is being developed for different target groups to ensure that the right information is shared with staff, parents and clients, volunteers and external professionals.Gert-Jan is Project Manager of the whole project, including building the portal at a third company, set up a good governancy and guiding the transition from the old intranet and the Internet to a new social environment. He is responsible for the endresult and the embedding in the whole organization.

Gert-Jan assists the head of the IT Department in the organisation of Leekerweide. He is responsible for setting up several projects to achieve a better information strategy. Gert-Jan advises the management of the ICT department how to switch the organization to a Facility Management Organization. To achieve this goal, he's taking the various parameters under investigation. Time management, Project Management and Business-driven development are the key factors to succeed as a mature environment.From August 2014 to june 2015 he was project manager of the SOx ICT compliance project. In this period he helped the Director of ICT and the CFO to make the dutch ICT site SOx compliant.Gert-Jan was also the Project Manager of the Project of Vendor Managed Inventory (from may 2013 to oktober 2014) . This project is designed for wholesalers to have a better connected stock. Gert-Jan is responsible for the implementation of the Business Side, the IT side and the Financial side of the project. The company is converting from the old BPCS ERP system to a new Oracle ERP system that is globally maintained.Gert-Jan has identified the Business Owners and their responsibilities within the new ERP system. He has developed the functional requirements and the business rules for the dataconversion, has developed the test plans and has lead the business owners to execute these tests. Under his supervision the documentation is maintained and structured at a pragmatic manner without frustrating the business but in such a way that the documentation meets all the strict requirements of the audits of the pharmaceutic branche.In cooperation with the director IT of Teva Pharmachemie, he has tracked the progress of the data conversion and he has informed the steering committee.

As Information/Business analyst is Gert-Jan responsible for the application and work process of the primary process of Quality Assurance. From the first point of contact within the process until the proven result, the process must be excogitated and unified.
