The Consumer Sales Department consists of 210 FTEs and 8 direct reports.Main results:- Reorganization of the Sales Department.- Expansion of the sales department (own shops/outlets, Retention (outbound), Partner Desks, Door-to-Door)- Started with a strategic partnership with Media Markt resulting in a Shop-in-Shop concept.
