International Project & Team Management within (electro-)mechanical product development, combined with operational & process development skills and experience.Certified Rapid Learning Cycle (RLC) Facilitator (LeanRD) & LeanSixSigma Blackbelt. Based on 20+ years work experience in various roles within R&D, combined with a practical & theoretical LeanRD skillset, I lead product development projects, as well as strategic organizational change projects.I strive to lead project members and colleagues by use of solid people and project management skills, like coaching, decision making, risk analysis, stakeholder management and knowledge of processes and operational development.
