As of the fall of 2023 I have handed over the consultancy management responsibility to my colleague. My responsibility now includes streamlining and increasing the utilization of the programs available to Microsoft Cloud AI Partners, across all of Fellowmind's business areas.This also includes claiming as much acknowledgement as possible for the work done for our clients through Partner awards, technology accreditations and specializations, positioning us as the number 1 Microsoft partner regionally.

As manager of Fellowmind, it has been and remains my responsibility to ensure growth and well-being in the Cloud, Infrastructure & Security business area.That means I am responsible for recruitment, screening, interviews and hiring. I gather feedback from the team on both professional, personal and private levels and use it to ensure the team's continued development and existence not just today, but also tomorrow and for the next many years.In everyday life, I am both a leader for employees and for managers, part of management groups and am an active piece in the puzzle of making Fellowmind work as a whole.From summer 2021 to summer 2022, I also took on the responsibility of Fellowmind's Infrastructure Management team, which is the Operations counterpart to the Cloud, Infrastructure & Security consultancy team. Total responsibility for about 65-70 colleagues.This responsibility involved the design of future organization and business model, roles and services, including the Service Design process for maturing future services.
