As an International Trader at Ayamo Global Foods I work to find, develop, build and strengthen long and last partnerships in West Africa in a line of business that encompasses frozen fish (purchase and sales), chicken (sales), beef (purchase and sales), buffalo (purchase and sales) and pork (sales). Besides, I am also responsible to develop and bring opportunities to Egg Powder exportations (purchase and sales).

As a Logistic Coordinator at Ayamo Global Foods I was responsible to coordinate, teach and train people to be able to give full support to the commercial team and coordinate the shipments of the following company’s divisions: Meat (Chicken, Pork and Beef). Besides, I was still responsible to coordinate the shipments of the following divisions: Seafood (Frozen Fish) Animal Nutrition (Fish Meal and Fish Oil) and Fine Products (Bottarga Gold and Egg Powder) from the moment the deal was confirmed until container delivery at its final designated port. Gradually, I kept coordinating, training and teaching people about all shipments and divisions details to be able to leave the position of Logistic Coordinator and become an International Trader.In this challenging and dynamic scenario my main tasks were:Coordinate, teach and train People; Contract issuance (Purchase Order & Proforma Invoice);Ocean rate quotation and best option analysis; (Direct contact with all shipping lines and freight forwarders); Cargo readiness follow up with producers (Always keeping customers up to date);Booking routines (request bookings, send customers booking details, send booking to producers, deadline accomplishments);Shipping inspection coordination (Coordination with certification companies: Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, Amspec);Container loading inspection routines at producers; (mainly fish producers)Shipping documentation issuance and conference; (Bill of lading, Commercial, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Waivers (BIETC, CNCA, ECTN, FERI…), loading reports, credit and debit notes)Container shipping follow up (daily checking of container loading on board confirmation and ETA, always keeping customers up to date);Courier documentation routines (Sending and receiving documents with DHL, Fedex, UPS and also national Brazilian courier companies);After sales (make sure customer received the goods and if any additional action was needed).
