Sr. Construction Manager/ Saga Construction January 2018 – PresentI led the construction of The Cambridge Court Townhomes (6) and the completion of the Mercedes Court Condominiums (10), and the pre-construction phase of Phase 2 of The Run Hill Apartment Project. I completed Phase 1 in April of 2018.

Construction Manager/ Run Hill Luxury Apartments, Saga Construction Jan. 2017- currentThis assignment is to lead the construction of 96 market rate apartments in three 4 story buildings, the community building and pool, and 8 garage and storage buildings. Phase one was successfully completed in April 2018. This included one of the three apartment buildings, the clubhouse, the pool and one storage building. Phase two is currently in pre-construction with ground breaking expected in August of 2018.

I provided project management and on-site supervision to build 11 luxury resort style homes in the Pine Island Reserve of Corolla, NC. The project has been an unmitigated success in owner satisfaction and has exceeded all of their expectations for meeting quality, timeline, budget and rental goals. Great project, great results.

As Sr. Construction Project Manager, I coordinated the efforts of 4 field superintendents, each building 5-6 custom or semi-custom homes in scattered site and community based locations. These ranged in value from $350K to $2.5M. I worked closely with the sales team, the design teams, and owners to provide the superintendents with accurate specifications and construction documents. I developed and implemented policies and procedures; developed and monitored schedules and budgets; estimated and evaluated owner requested changes in scopes of work; evaluated and assigned the site coordinators, the trade partners and the material/fabricator vendors. I was accountable for the success of the projects from pre-construction to final acceptance.
