The overall objective is to increase employee and shareholder satisfactionResponsibilities:• General administrative tasks (hiring, managing personal files, reporting on attendance, organising associated insurance, arranging medical follow-ups, supporting training, dealing with resignation/dismissals etc…)• Payroll calculations• Providing advice to supervisors/management• Administrative, operational and legal assistance to the on-site Human Resources Supervisor• Providing advice and help to employees• Updating internal guidelines and procedures• Internal and external recruitment• Responsible for maintaining a high quality and error free pay roll process• Responsible for keeping and archiving all personal files of the employees of the Contact Center• Responsible for the HR reports which have to be presented to corporate every monthPersonality profile:• A strong sense of responsibility • Be able to use initiative within the limits of the company policies and procedures• Be able to communicate effectively with people• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy• Be adaptable to changing working environments• Instigate trust and integrity in others• A high level of commitment• A service provided attitude to other personnel in the contact centre Show less
