Accomplished academic entrepreneur specialized in machine learning and software engineering applied to neurotechnology and FinTech.Ever since I watched the 1982 movie "Firefox" with Clint Eastwood that features a fighter jet with thought-controlled weapons, I have been dreaming to use a machine to decode thoughts and emotions from human biosignals, and to use the results for important applications. To pursue this dream, I first acquired a strong academic background in computer technology, signal processing, AI/machine learning, and biosignals, and then leveraged that background to produce leading academic research. This research demonstrated that humans can control machines just by thinking and showed that it is possible to decode important information from brain signals. I am now applying this unusual background to develop neurotechnologies to improve people's lives by bringing them closer to machines.
