Product line includes the Revolution Fan, Revolution SP Fan, Fan Commander Touch Screen Control Station and AirLine Fabric Air Tunnel.Responsible for creating annual and ongoing plans for designated product lines in Europe. Responsibilities include market research, competitive intelligence, strategic selling strategies, sales presentations, distribution and sales support, marketing strategies, sales training, sales forecasts and pricing strategies.

Product lines include dock levellers, vehicle restraints, dock seals/shelters, industrial doors, safety barriers, industrial fans and a variety of aftermarket products.In September 2003 Rite-Hite acquired the German based company CAEMA Verladesysteme GmbH with manufacturing facilities in Germany and Poland. I am responsible for the International Sales of all product lines mentioned above. I studied at the Higher Professional Education “De Maere” in The Netherlands, Faculty of Technology with Management Science as discipline of study.

In Europe, Rite-Hite’s presence increased thru the acquisition of Caljan (DK) and CAEMA Verladesysteme (D). In 2001 Rite-Hite acquired the Danish company Caljan ApS. In 2002 I was involved with the integration of both European organizations (Caljan and Rite-Hite) into Caljan Rite-Hite. The full integration became effective on 1 October 2002. The production was transferred from The Netherlands to Denmark. The local Dutch organization was adapted to become a sales and service office for the Benelux market. Today the full range of Rite-Hite and Caljan products is offered in the Benelux.
