Responsible for setting up a new multi-disciplinary Test team in Eindhoven. Helping and coaching team members.Responsible for creating and maintaining Quality Plans and Reports for different project.Help project teams to embrace Agile and LeSS Framework.Visiting HERE offices across different countries to intensify and optimize work relations between different teams.Actively participating in Field testing for existing apps and new products. Participating in test automation for new products.

Technically responsible for all testing activities performed by the Test Engineers and for providing insight in the quality of deliverable s across all parameters, both functional and non-functional including performance, security, usability, etc. In the role as Test Architect I monitor the quality of the delivered application in the field and coordinates third party activities for security testing, usability testing, etc.The Test Architect oversees the setup, design, testing and implementation of testing methodologies, systems and applications and develops testing methodologies to support the overall quality of the delivered software. As Test Architect I challenge the statusquo and bring data to push Engineers as well as - R&D - management towards higher quality.Responsible of initiating new KPI and controlling exising KPI to monitor team performance and the customer experience after releasing a new version.

Managing test department (9 fte) onshore and offshore. Tasks: Developing and implementing processes related to testing and review specifications in the organization. Part of the test department was outsourced to Bangalore (India). For this purpose I succesfully started a complete new team in India and made it fully operational. I have visited the offshore team multiple times for communication and manangement tasks. Together with R&D manager responsible for the transition from a traditional V-model way of developing to an AGILE way of developing. After this transition also took on the role as scrum master for two of four SCRUM teams. Taking lead in integrating mind-mapping and impact mapping in development proces to generate shorter communication lines between development and business.
