Solum Bertrange is developing the multi-phase greenfield project “Les Allees Vertes” in Bertrange, Luxembourg, with over 40,000 sqm of residential, office and mixed-use spaceRESPONSIBILITIES & RESULTS:• Provide ongoing operational and legal oversight as Board Director• Restructuring the “LAV”-project with a private equity investor• Refinancing of debt, arranging of performance bonds and of completion guarantees• Negotiating and implementing Co-operation- and Joint Venture-agreements• Deliver diligent valuations, financial planning and - analyses• Develop and lead the accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax functions• Ensure permanent compliance with the Luxembourg regulatory and legal framework
