I am a CIMA qualified management accountant with over 10 years post exam completion experience.In my current role I have extensive experience of Business Partnering, working with business unit Directors, The Group Board and other key stakeholders. I attend business unit board meetings where I am expected to lead the financial review, I also input from a strategic perspective.I prepare detailed quarterly re-forecasts alongside the Directors in advance of their quarterly presentations to the Group Board, and I attend these meetings where I am expected to input on both financial and strategic matters. I perform the same role during the annual budgeting process and have input into the business plans that the Directors have to present to the Group Board.I have involvement in pricing calculations for new business pitches and for larger existing client projects. Once new business is secured, I have responsibility for the contracting process with new clients (both the commercial and the legal aspects). This also includes regular client ratecard reviews against industry standards.
