I am passionate about supporting clinical education and continuing interprofessional development of care teams that results in a healthcare landscape that delivers competent, patient-centered care.I've served on multiple nonprofit Boards and action committees where my focus has been planning and capacity building that helps organizations combat racial inequity, and meet needs of underserved and marginalized communities. I engage race-equity, social-justice and harm-reduction rationales in my work to directly address barriers that BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ and other marginalized populations historically have faced in achieving optimal health outcomes, healthcare career objectives and overall socio-economic empowerment.
