He received training onRock, Funk and Jazz drumming from world-renowned drummers. He also did specialstudies on funk drumming with Jim Payne in New York.After this training, he studied "Electronic Music Production and Sound Design" atBerklee Online.In 2003, he started to work in the field of multi-percussion. He became a professionaldrum and percussion instructor in 2005. He was a member of the team that organizedthe ATMM (Sound Technologies for Music and Media) conference held at BilkentUniversity between 2011 and 2012.He wrote Turkey's 3rd and most comprehensive drum book, titled "D52 Drum Method- Basic Drum Lessons in 52 Weeks", published by Görünmez Adam Publishing in2013. He accompanied many local and foreign bands and organized drum andpercussion shows and workshops in many countries such as America, Switzerlandand Spain.He founded BeatMakers Academy in 2019. He teaches Music Production andComposition to hundreds of students at this academy.
