• Service delivery process improvement for main customers, manage communications and KPI Analysis• Manage IT service delivery solutions for International Carriers in México and US• Responsible for Agile team development to create quality systems on our inventory informationand processes• Responsible for Agile team development to improve service delivery process for the carrierbusiness unit

• Oversees technical solutions for global carriers (ATT, BT, Verizon, etc.,) in México – From feasibility study to turn up testing and invoicing, implementing Agile and PMI practices• Meet customer deadlines and Maintain KPIs on target• Supervises an engineering team and third-party vendors (Telmex, Reddit, etc.,) to deliver telecom services• Forecast service delivery incomes

• Plan and Execute implementation of IT projects using agile and PMI frameworks to projects such as call center solutions, customer network deployment, security deployment, optic fiber installation, etc.• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and third party vendors.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Additional activities:• Implement improvements to our Project Management office procedures to be more efficient with our resources.• Perform an audit to closed projects to keep cisco´s gold partner status

• Managing the relationship with global carriers to deliver telco services all over the world for new Installation, changes, disconnections, and moves of data or voice services.• Account management for US customers• Obtaining and negotiating the best telecom prices for our clients.Additional activities:• Implementing Agile practices to deliver telco services for Nike Stores in Brazil prior Olympic Games 2016• Implementing Agile practices to deliver telco services for Nike Showrooms, stores, offices, and headquarters in USA. 2015-2016

• Coordinate the team to provide support on our three main customers: GlobalCarriers, Private line customers and Internal departments• Bilingual Support to Global Operators (BT, At&t, Orange, Global crossing)• Manage and maintain PDH Network• Manage communication with All local carriers in Mexico to isolate customerservices
