Providing strategic leadership and direction in the identification, acquisition and growth of the Operations Technical Support organization.

Lead the Manufacturing, Test, Material Management, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing/Test Engineering, Facilities and IT operations. Provided the direction and vision for 155 employees ensuring goal setting, succession planning, and employee development with a staff of 8 direct reports• Program sales in excess of $104 million per year involving Production, Spares and Depot services. Product lines include numerous COMMINT/SIGINT RF tuners and receivers (UHF through MW) and high speed Data Recorder technologies deployed throughout DOD and international customers.

Managed the Manufacturing, Test, Material Management, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities operations including EHS and Security. Instrumental in establishing the use of the Enterprise system used to manage Sales Orders, Planning, Procurement and overall delivery of the products. Effectively able to minimize the working capital resulting in improved cash flow for the company assuring Quarterly cash goals were achieved.Successfully managed the Spike Missile Program from proof of principle through delivery of product along with a conceptual high rate, low cost manufacturing plan. The program customer and design team was NAWS, China Lake. The results were over 24 missiles produced during a 3 year period that resulted in demonstrating a successful precision intercept of a moving target from a lock and launch mission.

Directed the Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Material Management, and Purchasing of the MMS and TISS programs. Effectively assumed the leadership role of a transitioning Operations organization to guide the team through a Program Recovery period and movement to the; Facility over a 16 month period. Results were restoring the Army customer confidence of program execution through restoring on-time delivery, timely depot turn-around along with effective life-cycle attention to an aging product critical to the Kiowa program.

Directed the Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Inspection and Material Management of the MMS and TISS programs including Quality, Schedule, Cost and Safety.Program sales were in excess of $50 million per year involving Production, Spares and Depot services. Provided leadership to the Operations organization during the Boeing-DRS acquisition of the EOC (IR) and MMS/TISS businesses.

As the C-17 Avionics Production, Program Manager, directed monthly and quarterly program performance reporting of Cost, Schedule, Quality, Touch labor, Factory Support and Engineering.Interfaced with both the Air Force SPO and Long Beach IWA Management providing Program performance reporting, analysis, risk-mitigation activity, planning, and follow-up communication. The C-17 Program was a $29M Annual Production and Spares contract for the El Paso facility. Awarded Boeing Pride (A&M SC) for $1.7M EAC reduction for Lot XII production. Lead the team that was nominated and awarded the C-17 Long Beach Silver Eagle Award (2000) for exceptional program performance by a supply chain member. As the Operations Program Administrator (IPT F15/ C-17 Avionics Program) lead the initial transition of the Avionics products to the El Paso facility. Activities included delivery order planning, test and quality processes and manufacturing plans through a multi-functional team. Overcame transition related start-up obstacles to ensure timely deliveries to the Long Beach Aircraft integration team.

Managed the planning, budgeting, program schedules and supplier activity for AGM-130 Program including supplier management, scheduling, cost control initiatives and customer coordination.

Worked in a teaming environment on each development program to ensure a smooth transition to production. (Television Guided Seeker, Infrared Imaging Seeker and Mid-Course Guided Control Section).

Managed the Engineering Discipline for Metrology and Test Services, ensuring departmental compliance to ISO 9001 covering the Equipment Issuance Center, Test Equipment Parts Inventory, Genrad Test/In-Circuit Test development and Metrology Engineering services.
