In my role, I teach the following courses: Technology Foundations, Engineering Explorations, STEM Engineering 2 for the HHS Governor's STEM Academy, and Dual Enrollment Engineering (partnering with JMU Engineering ENGR 112). I am a mentor for the HHS Robotics Teams. We compete in FTC and Vex Robotics. I also co-sponsor the HHS chapter of TSA and the HHS EV Grand Prix teams.

Teaching responsibilities include the following courses: Mathematics for Engineering, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Finite Math 1, Finite Math 2, and Descriptive Statistics

The courses that I tend to teach are Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Advanced Cybersecurity, Explorations in Computer Science, AP Computer Science Principles, and Introduction to Robotics. I am the advisor for the HHS chapter of the Computer Science Honor Society as well.

My teaching load generally consists of Dual enrollment classes offered through Blue Ridge Community College. Currently I teach courses in DE Calculus, AP Calculus AB and BC, Honors Pre-Calculus, and Introduction to Robotics.In the past, I have also taught DE Pre Calculus, HS PreCalculus, Geometry, Algebra 1, Honors Algebra 2, AP Statistics, and Algebra 2 for the High School. My other responsibilities consist of serving as Robotics Team Lead Mentor, and Faculty Advisor for the Mu Alpha Theta Chapter at HHS. Mu Alpha Theta is the National Honor Society for Mathematics in High School and Two Year Colleges. I also oversee the administration of various mathematics competitions throughout the school year.I stepped down from the Co-ITL position in 2015. As Co-ITL, I worked with the other Co-ITL to oversee a department of 17 math teachers, handle scheduling, room assignments, administrative tasks, and instructional issues.

Starting in the 2012-2013 academic year, I will be Co-Directing a 9-12 STEM Academy for Harrisonburg High School

While serving in this role, I had oversight of 18 faculty and staff members. I worked in support of and strategically planned with the board of directors and our school and community stakeholders, as well as the academic, athletic, religious, counseling, fundraising, and human resource programs. I managed a budget of roughly $1.3 million, and oversaw construction projects including a new academic wing and library as well as athletic fields. MDCHS is an independent Catholic college preparatory school serving the families of Northeast Georgia

As a member of the founding faculty of MDCHS, I designed and implemented original math and science curricula as well as taught intro to computer applications. My secondary role was as Technology Coordinator for Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School and served as the sponsor of the school's juggling club.

While employed with WWCHS, I had the opportunity to teach courses in the areas of mathematics and science. I taught Pre-Algebra, Applied Mathematics 1 and 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Statistics, and Physics. I also served as a member of the technology committee and sponsored Key Club and the Juggling Club.
