Processes developed as well relating to human resources, data maintenance and   integration of all with finance● Managed the implementation of best in class processes in 42 plants where accountability   were cleared, integrated business planning implemented, performance defined, measured   and monitored in all key areas● Responsible for Corporate Strategy● Was involved in the development of end to end information and decision support system   including the implementation in 12 plants.● Restructuring projects in terms of plant consolidations, cost cutting, prioritizing of   customers, changes in product offering, strengthening of sales etc.● Divestiture of assets to sharpen the group’s focus exiting areas with poor long term prospects● Managed very successful sale of 6 plants to Private Equity fund in the US.
