This served as a datamart to aggregate and link application related data from various systems (CMDB, GRC, etc.), then publish the augmented data back to the source systems and other consumers. This established a central application portfolio, resolving previous regulatory compliance issues.• Created a data architecture for the management of IT assets that encompassed three of the four pillars now categorized as a data mesh architecture using a graph data model with CMDB configuration items being the central aggregates.• Established and maintained a portfolio of IT technology standards and a variance system to track non-compliance and provided a mechanism to surface critical deviations before they can introduce avoidable risk.• Chaired a technical panel represented by multiple IT departments to access requested changes to the federated datastore. Each request would be reviewed considering the ability to collect reliable/consistent data needed and then establishing which IT system/intake process would be the system of record for new data.• Developed a series of templates for evaluating cloud migration risks and opportunities used to evaluate specific business products and applications for migration to a particular cloud pattern.

In addition to Foxwoods, other business units personally supported include the Tribal Government, ship manufacturing, regional hotels, retail sales, pharmaceutical network, community college, and the world's largest Native American museum and research center. • Managed many concurrent multi-million-dollar gaming, operations, and entertainment projects including consulting for other tribes on their gaming IT infrastructure projects. • Developed the business case to create an in-house development team to compete with the original model of outsourced development, saving over $600k in the first year alone.• Responsible for an 18-person development staff across seven business domain teams in providing mentoring, standard tools/methodologies, and training. • Responsible to the organization for improving productivity and reducing operating costs through identifying and mainstreaming enabling and emerging technologies. • Personal consultant to the Council Chairman (equivalent to the Chairman of the Board and President of the Nation) in the areas of public outreach presentations and the use of technology to promote community interaction.
