Passionate and results-driven public health specialist with a Master’s degree in Public Health (Reproductive Health) from Dilla University and a proven track record in healthcare program management, quality assurance, and adolescent health. With a strong academic foundation (MPH with CGPA 3.89, BSc with CGPA 3.32) and over nine years of diverse experience, I have worked in clinical and public health roles, focusing on HIV/TB, maternal and child health, WASH and nutrition.In my current role as a Quality Assurance and Training Officer at Population Services International (PSI), I specialize in enhancing program quality, developing training frameworks, and leading initiatives to improve healthcare service delivery. Previously, as an Adolescent Health Officer, I contributed to building sustainable adolescent health programs by providing strategic leadership and managing projects aimed at improving access and outcomes for young populations.I have good understanding of national as well as global health policies related to SRH, Gender, SDG and other. Have interested on areas of research and data analysis and have nice skill on advanced software's like that of SPSS, Epi Data, STATA, Epi Info...word office, excel, outlook and power point with attractive presentation skill.
