I have been working on a youth work field since year 2010 when I first started working in Keila Youth Center as a youth worker. My work included making connections with children in different age groups, giving them youth informatsion they needed and asked for. Helped them develop social skills, helped to develop self-determination and I offered opportunities to discover new skills through a variety of activities.2016 I starter working in Laulasmaa School as a activity leader. I managed hobby education and hobby activities in school, helped teachers with different kind of projects, I organized school-wide events and led bullying free program in school with my team. 2016 I was also working as a project manager in a project "Development and integration of a common training system for trainers from firerescue departments working with children and young people in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Estonia and the Federal Republic of Germany". Since 2018 I am back in Keila Youth Center but now as a manager. I work with my team to improve youthwork in Keila in different kind of levels. Most of my work involvse cooperation with different kind of organizations in Keila and also all around Estonia. Also typical office and team managment.I believe that one of my biggest strength is a courage to speak and start conversatsions. I am not affraid to speak my mind. I stongly believe in non-formal and lifelong learning.
