Preparation of consolidated management accounts together with commentaries on the variances and assisting with the preparation of monthly board pack. Preparation of Consolidated Cash Flow Statement together with the rolling 12 months forecast, production of budget models and gathering of analytical data to support the annual budgetary process. Production and distribution of financial and non-financial key performance indicators to the board of directors. Implementation of Transfer Pricing methodologies, appropriate accounting treatments and formation and Strict adherence to the existing internal control regime. Production of tax returns (Corporation tax, VAT and Withholding tax) for various entities operating in different country jurisdictions.

Preparation of financial statements in US GAAP and IFRS for companies and funds, including stand alone funds, master / feeder structures and consolidated groups.Management of extensive client portfolio both in domestic and offshore locations.Technical analysis of investment securities and derivatives including long and short equity, bonds, options, swaps, futures, PE, bank debt and commercial real estate. Fee negotiation and client billing.Review and feedback of junior staff and direct reporting to group head.

Direct supervision of local and remote staff across the Caribbean and India, including reviews and appraisals.
