After 19 years consulting on ITS projects large and small I joined Transurban in Sydney as ITS Engineering Manager. Building a team from scratch to approximately 20 professionals delivering strategy, asset management planning, lifecycle upgrades and the planning and integration of major new assets into the business. Building on that experience I moved into the Asset Strategy and Performance Manager role responsible for defining the asset management strategies for our NSW assets throughout their life, building a five year plan of works and a financial plan to 2048, associated project management framework and enhancing our asset data and reporting.Currently I am also acting as the Senior Manager Asset Strategy and Engineering, managing the engineering risk to our NSW assets.
